Objective
Improve employability for youth in the Arab and Mediterranean region.
Challenge
Support young college graduates with professional and civic skills through year-long job placements, mentoring, training, and networking.
Approach

Youth are the future and are engaged in innovating and creating positive and sustainable change in their communities. They are taking on the responsibility to each other and to future generations. One of my goals is the empowerment of youth and developing youth leadership. I met Anna through a donor connection and we talked about our interests and her mission. I then had a conference with these wonderful young people. I was very impressed and I am so glad we are working together on this project and that I can support this effort.
